they are the persons who penetrate your computer while they can see all ur files and they can steal it also  or destroy it ... and they can watch what you're doing on net.

what is the hacking operation or The spy operation ?
it calles like that Because A person who is not allowed to enter your computer  .. he enters illegaly for reasons to mess up with your system ...or to Transfer The Infomation from your computer to another as well he can Control your system ..he can give orders  to print to scan to open your cam ... and he can change all the passwords.

what are the things that help them to HACK your computer?

1- The Existing Of A Trojan File in your computer (patch ) (trojan) cause hackers can not enter The Computer without it ... So hacker Should use A program .. To make this Patch .. To send it ... Then To Start his Work ...

2-Conneting to The Internet : 

hackers can not Enter Your computer unless if your Computer is connecting to the Internet ... In case of Not connected It is impossible to Be hacked....that is why when u feel something wrong .. Disconnect Your Computer from Internet ..

Virus is a Program Writen By A Programming language To Control Your Computer  and Destroy Your files .. And it can Copy itself ..

Is your Computer hacked?
 Do this to make sure :

Start ---> Run ----> System.ini
star--->run--->win.ini
Search for 
run=xxx.exe Or  run=xxx.dll Or load=xxx.exe Or  load=xxx.exe
xxx is the server name ! once u find it delete it

Start ---> Run ----> System.ini
Go to the fifth line 

If It was 
User.exe=User.exe
means ur computer is Safe 
if You find it like that 
User.exe=User.exe*** *** ***
means Your Systm has been hacked before ..

format your computer and ease yur mind 
and if yuo dotn want to format use programs Liek Zone alarm and the Cleaner ... After You make A search about the patches 
Get a Strong Firewall ..
Get a Strong ANtivurs 

Which One is Better to find otu the patches ? the prgorams or the Antivurs?

Well the antivurs cause It Makes Updates All the time and IN case Your antivurs is not making the upadate that means You are doing nothing .. 

how to protect Your Computer ??

1- first at all you should knwo that .. the Copy of your windows shoudl be Orignal 100%  To ease yuor mind .. do you think guys those who make a conterfated copy .. they do it for fun ? 
Well they Install Patches In the Windows ... that is why when i edit any Copy of any windows I Find out Trojan :S 

2- scan every file before you Open it .. Esepcialy the Rar or Zip  or Attachemetn ..
esepctillay This extensions .. . exe
3- Scan your Computer FULL SCAN From time to time ..
4- UPdate Your Antivirus ... (very important )
5- Activate Yur Firewall ..or Change it get a better one 
6-Stop Some services in Yoru Computer ....

Follow me to stop some services ....

Go to 
control panal / network / configuration / file and print sharring
i want to be able to give others access to my files
Stop it  then ok

Dont stay for so long on the internet .. and dotn trust anyone ..

If You have router .. try to change Yrou Ip from time to time 
Dont save the passwords In your Computer cause easy to be found out even if they were *****

Dont open any file from EMAILS make sure of the sender first
